Free shipping is available to the contiguous United States only, including Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other countries are excluded. A signature is required on delivery. Dispatch time is not delivery time.
Returns and support
Request a change-of-mind return within 15 calendar days of delivery. Products must remain unopened, unused and unactivated, with their original packaging and contents. Approved change-of-mind returns go to our U.S. warehouse in Virginia. The return address is provided privately after approval. Contact us with your order number for return approval and instructions before shipping. You must arrange and pay for return shipping and hand the parcel to your carrier; we do not provide a return label for change-of-mind returns.
Report an initial defect within 7 calendar days of delivery. Eligible exchanges are handled in South Korea. We provide a return label and shipping instructions and pay both return and replacement shipping. Opening the package to discover the defect does not exclude an eligible initial-defect exchange. Contact us before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Damaged or defective items must be sent to South Korea using the return label and instructions we provide after approval, not to the U.S. warehouse. We will confirm the applicable resolution and shipping costs before shipment; eligible initial-defect exchanges have both-way shipping paid by us.
