Retail orders ship from our warehouse in Virginia, USA, via UPS express service within 2 business days after payment. Delivery typically takes another 1–3 business days after dispatch. Weekends are excluded from both estimates. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and a signature is required. Wholesale orders ship from South Korea; dispatch and delivery timing are confirmed with your quote.

We currently offer free shipping to the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other countries.

Request a change-of-mind return within 15 calendar days of delivery. Products must remain unopened, unused and unactivated, with their original packaging and contents. Approved change-of-mind returns go to our U.S. warehouse in Virginia. The return address is provided privately after approval. Contact us with your order number for return approval and instructions before shipping. You must arrange and pay for return shipping and hand the parcel to your carrier; we do not provide a return label for change-of-mind returns. The unopened-only condition does not apply to eligible initial-defect exchanges.

Report an initial defect within 7 calendar days of delivery. Eligible exchanges are handled in South Korea. We provide a return label and shipping instructions and pay both return and replacement shipping. Opening the package to discover the defect does not exclude an eligible initial-defect exchange. Contact us before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Damaged or defective items must be sent to South Korea using the return label and instructions we provide after approval, not to the U.S. warehouse. We will confirm the applicable resolution and shipping costs before shipment; eligible initial-defect exchanges have both-way shipping paid by us.

For faults that develop during use, contact us to arrange a paid repair in South Korea. After approving the return, we provide a return label and shipping instructions. The customer pays repair charges and shipping both ways; providing a label does not make a paid repair or its shipping free. We explain the process and available costs before shipment, and repair work proceeds only after you approve the quote. Timing depends on diagnosis, parts and international shipping and is confirmed for each case.

Our products are new, unopened and unactivated Korean-market units. U.S. DJI manufacturer warranty coverage and DJI Care Refresh enrollment are not available for these units. After-sales support is arranged through JND Supply & Co.; repairs require shipment to South Korea.
